Who is Kristi?
Kristi is originally from Florida and attended college in Georgia at Mercer University. While a student, she worked for a church in their youth program and volunteered as a Rape Crisis Counselor with the local hospital.
Services
After college, she moved to St. Louis, Missouri, to obtain her Master of Arts in Counseling at Covenant Seminary. It was there that she met her husband, Cliff.
After graduation, Kristi worked for three years at an adoption agency as the birthparent counselor and guardian ad litem for the children. Cliff and Kristi were also involved in volunteer ministry with teens while living in St.Louis.
In 1999, Cliff was offered a job in Greenville, South Carolina, to be a youth minister, where they served until 2005. Both Cliff and Kristi used their training and experience while working with the teens and their families through many issues, which served to deepen their passion for the broken.
Kristi opened Created to Bloom in 2005 in response to a need in the community for Christ-centered counseling with a whole person approach. She has had the privilege of working with many individuals, families and couples. Seeing healing happen is an exciting honor, which fuels Kristi's passion to bring Hope, health and growth to all she ministers to.
In addition to her counseling practice, Kristi's first job is as mother to three wonderful sons who keep her life busy with unscripted adventure.
